My sessions are planned carefully and tailor to the student's specific needs. Before teaching, I will work collaboratively with students and their parents in order to identify a set of goals for the upcoming weeks and how best to achieve them. If these goals are unclear, I normally use the first couple of sessions to gauge the student's strengths and weaknesses, and then use this information to help with further learning. I endeavour to create an interactive and fun environment in which students feel confident making mistakes.

I use a variety of different teaching and revision techniques, but, with languages, I have found that repetition is often the most successful. As such, my lessons frequently revisit points from earlier sessions in order to make sure they are understood!

To measure progress, I will give my students various exercises and past papers which should in turn boost their confidence.

I am always on hand to offer further advice if needed!
