My name is Joe Steele and I am an Irish university graduate currently researching microwave communication technologies. On completion of the MSc degree that I am currently enrolled in, I will be pursuing a PhD in applied mathematics.
I have given both online and in-person lessons to students for over five years and have always enjoyed helping them progress in their studies across a broad range of subjects including pianoforte and music theory, Mathematics, applied mathematics, and Physics. Explaining concepts at any level is something I find rewarding and, I am committed to giving any student as much effort as they are willing to out in themselves.
My lessons typically are one hour in length, are one-on-one, and can focus on subject understanding, problem-solving skills, exam technique, and so on. Each student has different goals and abilities, and I strive to tailor my lessons around how each student best learns. From struggling with the subject to aiming for very high marks, I will have both the knowledge of the subject and the experience in teaching it to cater to their needs and reach your full potential.
Joe was the perfect tutor to guide me through my third-level mathematics and statistics modules. His patience and attention to detail was very helpful in every session.
