I will take a personal approach to teaching and arrange an initial session to discuss with you the best way you learn (or want to learn) and go from there. I can offer you knowledge about psychological concepts, theories and approaches to look at research in a critical way; a vital attribute to have at further education and in the field as a whole. As well as this, we can go over key interesting studies, discuss them understand the theory behind them, the methods used to carry them out and how the issues we discover can be reduced.
As statisics are a key part of this topic, we will also go over basic statistics used in the field; what they are, what they are used for and how to interpret results we see in papers for ourselves.

Sessions can vary in time and date but i recommend no less that once a week. As a base line for my sessions, I will create a presentation to go over and send over relevant material for you to go through during the session. I know some do not find this an effective method of learning and in this case we can discuss further how you best want to learn this amazing subject.

I personally think this subject should also be looked at in relation to current and ancient philosophies as there are many ways in which modern psychology can be linked! If this is something you are interested in let me know!
