My main focus is on understanding, I do not speed ahead, I would rather spend time ensuring you fully understand a legal concept then not. This often means my lessons start by me explaining the law, then providing you with a active learning activity to complete and end with us doing exam practice questions focusing on exam structure. I have a vast majority of resources available including. packs of all past papers with mark schemes and packs of all possible questions which could pop up for the 12 mark and 8 mark questions in the OCR law paper. I also have revision resources available including flash cards for all the cases that you need to have knowledge for in your civil and criminal exam.
I want to make my lessons as enjoyable, informative and useful as possible so I am more then happy for you to take the lead, what topics are you struggling with and we will start from there!
I can also aid with law personal statements if needed and have knowledge on the LNAT process if you need help with this.
I sat the OCR A-level in 2019 and received an A*, I therefore know the handy tips and tricks of the exam. I further went on to study Law at University (LLB) receiving a first class law degree. I am currently a law teacher, teaching A-level law students and applied students and a part-time student with the University of Law. I am currently completing my LPC which is the qualification required to become a solicitor.
