My philosophy of teaching is to create an environment that allows for supervised exploration.I believe that the most significant learning occurs in situations that are meaningful, realistic and enduring. As a teacher it is my responsibility to know who my learners are and what kind of knowledge and experience they bring to the group and what they want to achieve so that I may tailor a curriculum that fits their needs yet leaves enough room for accommodation of goals and aspirations.
I believe that all languages are beautiful but such a language as English has the meaning of life. Lessons should be built on fun as children as well as adults learn by “doing”. The result of learning by doing gives 100 to students to reach their full potential.
In addition all students should be comfortable with their tutor in-order to adequately prove themselves. All students should have a teacher-student basis from every lesson which will show the students attentiveness during each lesson and weakness that can be positively worked during other lessons. Student-student talking time should also positively affect the lesson as students should feel the comfort in their peers so that they are able to make mistakes without losing their confidence or self esteem. Mistakes are welcome and corrections are fine! Making mistakes does not make you any worse than others, in our classes mistakes are welcome and are warmth with love, attention and kindness. Therefore all students are welcome to join our fun and loving class where we look forward to correcting and making more memories.
