I am a qualified and experienced teacher, leader & coach. Every session is based on you- your individuality- your aspirations- your strengths- as well as those areas that you wish to grow, change or remove! Whether it is leading yourself or others, I will craft a personalised programme that addresses your individual needs.

My background is in education and educational leadership, having worked in the sector for 30 years. I have extensive skills in supporting people who are neurodiverse or have mental health difficulties. I am now a freelance trainer, delivering courses in child development and attachment. I am also studying towards a Masters in Psychology.
