I plan and deliver engaging lessons to mixed ability classes of all ages. I have taught a range of pupils who have different SEND and SEMH needs, I supported these pupils through my planning and actively in lessons. I have taught quite a few autistic pupils who have been challenging at first but as we built a positive teacher/pupil relationship I saw their confidence grow, quality of work improved and grades increase.
I value activity helping and supporting pupils to succeed and taking great pride in when they learn something new, especially within the creative field. I am extremely hard working and always looking to improve my own teaching practice through self reflection and attending to pupil's needs.
