Variety of Styles: I incorporate elements from various styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin, to provide a well-rounded experience. Each class may focus on different themes, such as flexibility, strength, or mindfulness.
Adaptability: I offer modifications for different skill levels, ensuring that everyone can participate and feel challenged yet comfortable.
Mindfulness and Breathwork: Throughout the class, I emphasize the connection between breath and movement, encouraging students to be present and mindful.
