I have been a professional English teacher for 12 years. I have worked at all levels, from kindergarten, compulsory education, higher education and for government departments. I currently work as a lecturer at two universities - one in the UK and one in China, where I have been working for over a decade. I am CELTA certified and have a Master's in Teaching English as a Second or Other Language (TESOL). I also work as an IELTS examiner, so am familiar with the standards required for passing proficiency tests. I am Welsh, but have lived in Asia for the past decade and now live in Leeds. Having recently returned to the UK I am looking forward to putting all of my experience and skills into practice and helping you on your English language journey, whatever it may be!
