Mathematics was not an interesting subject to me until I found the way to understand it's concepts. The moment I fell I love with maths I kept choosing it in my further studies and excelled in it. So I know how hard the students feel to learn any subject. When it comes to learning , I am sure every individual has different understanding capacity. Therefore I know how important it is to teach every students whilst giving importance to their capability. I'm capable of tuning their towards the subject by applying co-operative and problem-based learning. Before engaging their interests towards the subject I believe it's crucial boosts their confidence and eliminate their fear through psychological approach to motivate and bring energy in them. I have the ability to perceive their requirements and will be flexible to teach according to their learning capacity. Visual stimulation attracts attention more, for effective learning i utilize technology where I do apply the strategies of game based teaching, live chatting, discussion boards and to carry out presentations. The monotonous schedule of learning might stress the students therefore I believe it's crucial to have non-academic talks on students interests and careers inorder to keep the students engaged in class.
