I am Jitendra Kumar and I am from Delhi. I have done my graduation in Arts stream and I have total more than 3 years teaching experience, and even today I am giving tuitions. As this is a profession where teaching as well as increasing my own knowledge however, I am always eager to teach someone something, when I first started reading, I could not read children's mind. I was wondering how to improve the child or others, then I came to know that I was correct in reading but in my level of understanding, later I read the mind set of the children and accordingly started reading in their own language as well. When i stopped studying strictly and started teaching by being friendly, there was a lot of change in the children, and the children who used to think this subject as boring started making it their favorite subject. The meaning of saying is that before teaching we need to know the one who wants to read and what is his interest, then in the same way we have to make our strategy too, so that he does not feel boring about this subject, but he Arouse interest in this topic as well.
