As I have been working as a teacher since 2007 I am very much sure about the interests and needs of students. My teaching method always gives importance to the activity method of learning where students have the lead role while the teacher functions to facilitate them. Then only the class room will be more interactive. In this world of technology I must make use of the techniques to make the students to attracted to my class room. By practizing all these I can make teaching learning process much more easier.
