As a Chinese teacher for almost five years in China, I worked in academy which is aimed to teach students from primary schools to senior high school. Based on students' grades, different types of classes are provided for them. Besides, I am also responsible for desiging personlized lessons for students. Because of students' ages difference, the methodology adpoted in class also varies. For students from lower grade in primary shcool, inductive approach is often used, and full of energy by organizing game ocassionally. As for senior students, more knowledge can be imparted during one class. Both inductive and deductive methods are adopted in the class. Importantly, the teaching approach should be tailored to fit students' needs and their personalities. ?????,?????!!!
