After doing an initial assessment for capabilities my sessions are tailored to the needs of the participant/s. It is fun and interactive and very encouraging, with a focus on empowering and uplifting and developing a positive can do mentality which creates excitement to learn and deliver.. We support each other and give positive and constructive feedback always exercising a code of ethics and integrity and consideration. Achievements are celebrated at every step of the way with honesty and maintaining one's creative authenticity being encouraged.

It is essential for anyone entering into or being a part of the music industry to understand all aspects of what it takes to have the resilience needed for it's ever changing and challenging nature. However, being able to protect one's mental health with a positive approach and willpower to succeed as well as enjoy the creative process and continuous learning experience regardless and the ability to handle rejection as well as know how to present one's self are also subjects that will be discussed in terms of strategy and mindfulness exercises through interactive interview roleplay. Questions and answers for deeper awareness thinking when creating content for songs and performance always being mindful of others and ones environment. In vocal expression, dynamics and connection through dialogue/storytelling in between songs for better performance flow and audience engagement and connection. It makes for a more wholesome experience. They will also learn about the vocal system and vocal health and remedies/diet to protect their vocal instrument. It is all relative.
