As I have previously tutored children and from my own learning, I like to trial a range of studying methods to see what is most effective for your child. If this is already decided- I am happy to adapt my teaching style to best suit their needs. Often my teaching style involves interactive quizzes and repetition exercises in different formats (flash cards, quizzes, phrases and demonstrations) as this is proven to be enjoyable and form best memory connections.
Using this method allows multiple forms of consolidation and will allow the student to perform at their best of their ability in stressful situations.
By using quizzes and games I have found this style of teaching to be more enjoyable and help children to look forward to learning which can be applied to other subjects.
