My first priority is to get a better idea of where my client currently is in terms of their overall well-being and state of mind. They will then complete a self-assessment based on every aspect of their life. After which, I will conduct a series of one-on-one coaching sessions, where we will identify and agree upon the goals and steps necessary to elevate them to the next level of development. The objective is to get to the core of what may be blocking them from reaching their full potential. We generally conduct sessions once per week.
