I am a fully qualified level 3 cimspa accredited personal trainer. I have almost a year experience with in person personal training and fitness coaching at Puregym but would like to move my business more online.

I have had fantastic results with in person personal training but believe I can also offer custom plans and check-ins with online coaching. The main services I will offer will be planning your session for you, 1:1 calls for check ins and consults, I am also willing to have you video call whilst in a gym and for me to correct your form and give tips on how to perform movements to get better results.

I offer a free consult where we can discuss your main needs and what you are looking to get out of our training together and to see whether we would be a good fit. My main loves and in strength and conditioning but am also an advocate of HAES and exercise for mental wellbeing!

As for Psychology tutoring, I achieved an A in A-level Psychology and went on to take this at university. I achieved a first class bachelors degree from the Russell group university of Birmingham. Due to my degree I now have a well rounded knowledge in psychology. Again, here I offer a free lesson where we can have a consult about what you are currently struggling with and what you would need from me to help you achieve your goals and to enable me to plan tutoring sessions.
