I am passing on my knowledge and experience of badminton to anyone who wants to learn, have fun and keep active. I am also offering fitness based sessions to anyone who wants to improve their strength and fitness.
My lessons will consist of specific badminton training, analysis of your game, learning fundamentals of movement and techniques along with fun games. Other sessions will include, circuit training, HIIT training and core training to improve general fitness and strength for every day life.
I adapt my sessions and coaching to suit the individuals needs and always welcome input from what is required or wanted by the student.
