Struggling with psychology? Finding it hard to understand? Whatever it is: theory, studies, or concepts- I can help!

I work closely with my students to create a plan that works best for them and utilises techniques that help them remember in a way that feels natural in the learning process. I design and use PowerPoints to best fit the student’s needs and learning preferences, as well as having additional studies that I can share based on my experience. We will apply theory to real-world situations and have open discussions about the impact of psychological concepts and theories to better understand (and remember!) the subject. I use quizzes for students to assess their progress as well as providing revision materials such as flashcards, informal tests, and practise exams which students will have access to both during the lesson and afterwards.

I am dedicated to supporting students in their academic and personal growth. My aim is to provide a safe space for students and guide them to express themselves in their learning and get the most out of their experience.

I achieved an A* at A Level and have consistently been awarded first class marks for my work at university so am well equipped to help students realise their potential. I am highly familiar with the content in the AQA specification for psychology A Level and have used this knowledge to effectively coach other students to improve their knowledge and confidence in this and seen immense progress towards achieving their academic goals.
