A general lesson with me will look like this:
1. Informal assessment of current knowledge
2. Introduce learning intentions for the lesson
3. Main content of the lesson - Be prepared to keep busy, I will be asking you questions, I will be setting tasks, I will not be "lecturing".
4. Assessment of learning - This could look different every lesson - exam style questions, quizzes, games, verbal assessment - We can try various different methods to find what works best for you.

I will always endeavour to make lessons fun and engaging for students. I am not going to talk at a student for the duration of an hour long lesson, I will be ensuring the student is engaged in active learning throughout lessons for the most successful results.
