My lesson's are fun, interactive and simulating, but also challenging as necessary. Lessons are individually tailored to each students needs, requirements and stage they have been assessed at achieving, I am a true believer of teaching students at a their 'stage' of learning and not at the age they are at, as this allows for setting achievable targets and a wider range of learning, thus enabling the student to develop at their own speed.

As a person I am kind, friendly and very caring to my students. I want my students to be able to be the best they can be, to develop a love of learning and enjoy learning English Language and Literature. For my students who are learning English as an additional language, I want them to have fun as they are learning to speak, write and understand the English language, using the language at a level suitable for their goals and requirements, for example if they want to learn English to use at professional business level or just enough to understand and have a conversation, I always plan lessons, deliver and conduct assessments at the correct level.

I like to get students discussing on-topic conversations, I like to provide a prompt and use imaginative concepts to inspire my students, then working with other students, I like to get them to work together, talking, bouncing ideas off each other, and exploring new perspectives. I like to use formative assessment to ensure I know how each student is progressing, some strategies I use are as follows; quizzes, questionnaires, and open-ended questions to get a sense of student understanding. I generally want the best for my students and as a teacher, I care about my student needs, I am very committed, dedicated and will always go the extra mile for my students.
