My classes start with a short meditation, warm up stretches, sun salutations and lead to learning a main skill followed by a cool down and longer stretches. This combination, in this order will calm your mind and reduce stress while increasing flexibility and fitness. Whether you want to focus on flexibility or strength training, I can make your time worth while. I have a background in gymnastics and circus and also have a personal training qualification but have focussed more on yoga for many years now. I believe that fitness and flexibility can be achieved in a fun way that will only make you want to do more!
