My teaching style does vary from person to person and I prefer to tailor how I teach based on what my students tell me works best for them. So, I do tend to let my students take control of the first tutoring sessions. This is to give you room to tell me what will work best for you and to ensure that you gain the most from the remaining sessions that will be provided. While I do tailor my sessions, something that I do for all sessions is to make sure that my students thoroughly understand what the mark scheme asks of them to help my students grow confident in their ability to understand and digest the content that they are learning.

Apart from helping you to understand your course content, I am also open to helping with examination skills as I am confident in the skills needed to achieve high marks. Thus, my sessions can cover a range of things, from understanding the content to understanding how to answer exam questions and what is expected from an examiner.

I am very patient and understand that progress takes time, keeping this in mind, I will make sure to go at the pace that is comfortable for you as well as suggest areas that may need improvement to make sure that you get the most out of our sessions.

I have 3 years of tutoring experience and have been online tutoring for 4 months. My experience as a tutor has been very positive. My students have managed to move up 1 or 2 grades after I tutored them.
