My preferred method of teaching is to go through the specification of the topic to be discussed, cover any details which are problematic, and then review this by talking through past paper questions.

The lessons involve lots of engagement with the student with materials I source beforehand

I had a tutor myself in the past, so am aware of which tools and techniques to try to help my student understand the content and exam technique needed to achieve the top grades. I am familial with the required practicals for GCSE science.
