Experience teaching all science and maths subjects at GCSE level. I have achieved 4 A* in Biology, Chemistry, Maths, Further Maths, alongside 9 grades at GCSE which allows me to bring firsthand experience and expertise to my tutoring. I have experience tutoring all science subjects and maths to numerous students.

I am currently a medical student at Oxford University. My journey through countless exams to reach this point has taught me the essence of excelling in exams and truly understanding material rather than simply memorizing it. I focus on practical study techniques, exam strategies, and critical thinking skills. I aim to create a supportive learning environment where you feel comfortable asking questions and delving deep into subjects.

I have solid experience in online teaching, having worked with students of different ages and learning styles. Over the years, I’ve focused on creating lessons that go beyond slides and help students understand the material in a practical, relatable way. Online tutoring also allows more flexibility for the student.

My teaching approach emphasizes ongoing interaction by regularly asking questions to ensure students stay engaged and to assess their knowledge. I believe that when students can explain concepts in their own words, it demonstrates a deeper level of understanding. Many students find it helpful to work through exam questions during tutoring sessions, as this allows them to become more familiar with the material in an exam-style format. Applying what they have learned in this way is also an effective method for evaluating their comprehension of the content.
