Experiential learning is a great teaching method I use to encourage creativity, help students learn from mistakes, foster reflective thinking, and prepare students for future experiences. I create an inclusive classroom where students of all abilities are welcome, regardless of gender, race, sexuality or disability. I use student-centred learning approaches where students are encouraged to take an active role in the classroom, rather than taking part in more passive activities like listening to a lecture or writing an essay. Based on the initial assessment / discussion of the students requirement I will prepare the lesson accordingly. Throughout my lesson I will make sure they will have clear progression and also ensure to boot confidence in acquiring the expected grade. I provide online tutoring and use the latest innovative tools to conduct the classes online.
