My lesson format would firstly consist of a honey and mumford learning style analysis to understand how the individual can learn the best.

I would then create slide shows regarding what the following lessons will intel and confirm with the candidate if the lesson plans i have created suite their preferred style of learning.

I would then create lessons around this ensure that i am meeting their needs, this would consist of going through topics 1-1 and at the end of the topics a practice paper would be completed where i can asses if more tutoring/training is needed on the topic.
