First of all I like my students to feel relaxed. That way their brain will actually remember all they’re learning. I use articles, websites and online games to keep my lessons interesting. For younger students I also use hand puppets and other toys to play along and help us learn. I also use hand signs, facial expressions and body language to cross the language barrier we might have. For me it is very important that each student’s individual needs (for learning the language) is catered for. That’s why I will spend some time right at the start to get to know you and your interests better. That way we can read and talk about things that excite you. I have to admit I am also excited to learn from you - the student - as I find different cultures, but especially different personalities- very interesting!
