I am experience tutor in primary school year 4,5,6 and specialise in English, writing & reading skills. I also have experience teaching 11+ verbal & nonverbal reasoning, maths and teach on a 1:1 basic. I would tailor lesson to suit the individual. I am capable of teaching children with special education needs. As an experience teacher, teaching functional skills to adults with complex needs, in a prison setting is very challenging and rewarding. I have a high rate of achievements.

I feel very proud of my learners when they achieve an entry level qualification. I will always praise and reward them for attending education to better themself and to get a better life, once back out into the community.

I am very calm, passionate and understanding to each individual and give full attention to my learners. I would give homework regularly and have high expectation of presentation and completion of the work. I have variety of resources and focus on using the Bond Books, CGP and Collins. I am willing to consider others know authors or if it is a parent’s preference.
