As someone who achieved a 9 in English Literature and English Language for GCSEs, and an A* in English Literature at A Levels, it is safe to say I loved studying English. However, this love didn't come immediately, and I know that it can be a challenging subject.

Over my studies, I worked and tried many techniques until I found one that clicked with me. I would be happy to share what I learnt and help you find techniques that work well for you, so you can get high grades and do well in your exams. I would be happy to share plenty of high-awarding essays with you and can show you how to analyse critically in a way the examiners will find thought-provoking and help you stand out from the rest!

For those struggling to find their love for English, I am a bubbly individual happy to help in any way I can. I have complete free time until January 13th so I am happy to work outside of lessons to make your sessions fun and interactive and work well for you. Whether you want me to read texts, books, essay - I would be so happy to help, and can work with whatever busy schedule you may have! I can make presentations for you, make mock exams, help you research to understand the context of any literature - or even just help get your creative side out!

I have worked with people of all ages before, from teaching young Spanish students English when I was 16, netball coaching at school, to helping people at university with assignments. I will listen to what makes things enjoyable for you, and am very open to feedback so you make the most of your learning!
