Through a year of experience teaching first year undergraduates of Physics I have found that it is incredibly important to adopt a dynamic teaching style to find each student. Across Maths and Physics different concepts and practices lend themselves to varying teaching styles.
As a whole reinforcement based learning that is cooperative with students allows for concepts and practices to become second nature to thought processes across STEM fields. Content will be delivered in small easy to digest pieces with a range of examples available to affirm that each piece of knowledge is absorbed until a full picture is created to develop understanding and confidence in the subject.
