As the sacred session commences, we immerse ourselves in the art of conscious breathing, dedicating the initial 10 minutes to cultivating a deep connection with the breath. This foundational practice sets the tone for the immersive exploration that follows. Guided by the rhythm of the breath, we seamlessly transition into a 10-15 minute warm-up sequence designed to awaken and prepare the body for the transformative journey ahead.
With the body primed and the mind focused, we gracefully flow into the heart of the practice: a dynamic 20-25 minute exploration of asanas. Drawing inspiration from the ancient traditions of Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, each posture is approached with mindfulness and intention, inviting practitioners to delve deeper into their physical and energetic bodies.
As the practice reaches its crescendo, we surrender to the nurturing embrace of deep relaxation. For 15-20 minutes, participants are invited to release tension, surrendering to a state of profound stillness and inner peace. Guided by the gentle currents of breath and awareness, we traverse the landscapes of the subconscious, inviting healing and integration on every level of being.
