Technique Breakdown – Learning popping fundamentals such as hits, waves, glides, and musicality. Whacking fundamentals such as roles, poses, flick and grab.
Freestyle Training – Guided exercises to develop improvisation skills and movement flow.
Creative Challenges – Engaging drills to help students step out of their comfort zones and build confidence.
Cypher & Feedback – Ending with a freestyle where students can apply what they’ve learned and receive constructive feedback.
