I allow my students to show me their skill level with a questionnaire that has questions of mixed difficulty, from there I can see strengths and weaknesses. from this, i prepare materials for each lesson. i hope my lessons do not only build ability in the subject but I hope to give my students confidence and be aspirational in all areas of their lives.
