But for my sessions we would start with a warm up to get the muscles relaxed and the blood flow going…such as stretches and regular heart flow exercises. Then we will get onto the main activity which depends on the goal u want to achieve, after the main activity you will then go for a cool down and into some stretches to help prevent lactic acid build up and help with recovery, I also have a diet plan for every client because I also believe diet is an important factor with fitness, I have studied sports science and fitness alongside nutrition at a high level so I have a very good understanding on how the body works and from studying nutrition I can tailor menus directly for my clients based on there nutritional needs
