My lessons can be given in a versatile range of formats, depending on the type of tuition you need, for example, an explanation of technical skills or theoretical feedback on design principles and concepts.
My lessons can include presentations and feedback on your work via webcam or screen share. I am also able to both demonstrate a range of software (CAD, CAM, Adobe + many more) via sharing my screen. I am also able to give demonstrations by being granted remote access to your PC, to show you how to use your own software.
My lessons can also be formatted in you sending me a piece of work via email to either review and give feedback on or amend, when you are not present, and give a concise explanation or demonstration to minimize your engagement requirement.
I am also able to produce step-by-step written tutorials if you need specific processes explaining. These can be given for completion in your own time or supported by in person walkthrough.
I have over five years of experience teaching in formal education environments (University and Fablabs). I have taught on a scale of one-to-one to classes of 30 students and published numerous written step-by-step tutorials which I have delivered supported by in-person support. I have produced a series of educational instructional videos as part of the RPSD project which demonstrates and explains complex design processes. I have also published several open source "Downlaod Kits" that contain packages of information that allow people to replicate my work.
