For learning it could be the SQ3R method (survey question read recite review) or as simple as a mind map, of course this is nothing to worry about as i’ll make a calculated decision based on each individual. I plan my lessons by establishing the foundation of the subject to make sure the individual has the right building blocks. Then i move to mainly exam practice to check and asses the understanding and also repeating what they learnt to make sure it is stored in the long term memory. I would do a weekly check up, which is short and just to see how you feel. And then a monthly check up. This is of course more detailed more analysis on your character, on your effort, providing what to do better in, and what you did well in.
