Jasmine Bendinelli

Hello, my name is Jasmine, and I have been managing three languages in my daily life since I was 6 years old. I was born in Italy, to an Italian dad and a half-English- half-Italian mother, and did my first years of school there. Then we moved to Spain, where I did all my school and A levels, in a mix of Catalan and Spanish, since I lived in the Balearic Islands and that's what they teach there. I then moved to England, to do two years of forensic science at college. I have always been fascinated by science, but what I didn't realise is that throughout all those years, I have been switching and adapting to these languages and cultures quite well. And so my passion for languages began. I started teaching Spanish in a primary school in England to children of different ages, and really enjoyed it. We would play games and sing songs and even managed to get the children to have a full conversation in Spanish for the end-of-term coursework, making me a very proud teacher. Thanks to that experience, I have learned how to make my lessons fun, even for the ones that weren't really interested in the language. While I was working for the school, I was also working as a team manager for a company in England, so I'm aiming to one day combine both languages and business management.
I currently offer private lessons online to children and adults in either Spanish or Italian, I have currently moved to Italy for a year to keep on studying my language and the culture.
