With 7 years of gym experience, coaching expertise, and a diverse work background, I specialize in creating personalized, goal-specific workout programs. Whether you’re a beginner, advanced athlete, or recovering from injury, I design routines that can be completed both in and out of the gym.
I utilize a training app that allows me to track your progress and upload your personalized workout plan. Each exercise includes a demonstration video and a step-by-step guide to ensure correct form and technique. Additionally, I’ll provide personalized notes for each exercise, highlighting key areas to focus on.
As part of the process, I offer body assessments and weekly check-ins via Zoom to review your progress and ensure you’re on track to meet your short- and long-term goals. Upon signing up, you’ll receive a consultation form, which helps me better understand your needs and objectives.
