As a passionate and committed teacher with over ten years classroom teaching experience. With such vast experience working in education, ranging from staff training to working directly with OFSTED to raise standards of education, my greatest joy is working one to one with students to see their confidence and skills grow together in equal measure. For this reason, I have been working as a tutorfor over a decade, both privately and for the National Tutoring Program in schools.With a warm and positive teaching style, I encourage students to trust in their ability and take chances with their learning to gain new skills. By modelling resilience and embracing and celebrating mistakes, eliminating the fear out of learning to help the process of development. My area of expertise is in Primary Education, Early Years, Key Stage 1 and 2 inclusive. Throughout myteaching, I have planned and taught scaffolded, differentiated and where needed challenging lessons tosupport different abilities and needs.
For development and progression, it is essential for me to always provide opportunities for children tobe creative and enjoy all lessons, therefore planning, resourcing and delivering good-quality andengaging lessons has become the epitome of teaching for me.
