I have a bachelor of arts from the University of Sydney with a double major in history and government. I have a diploma in Classic French Cuisine from the French Culinary Institute in NYC. I have worked in food and beverage for over 20 years on three continents.

I like to begin my lessons with vocabulary for the topic.
Students will then practice conversational skills on the day's topic.
I like to let the students speak as much as possible; dialogue is so important!
A quick summary after dialogue practice and we will move onto a fill in the blanks or another type of review.
