I have taught for over 6 years and have come into contact with many students of different calibres, they have challenged me and made me to go an extra mile in doing research in maths. I have an open mind; in that I welcome new ideas on how to tackle maths problems so that we can both grow in the world of mathematics. I love having a one on one interaction with the students, where I teach and then they ask questions where they need clarification. Maths is an interactive subject; it needs both parties to participate for it's success. The method or format I use is, I introduce a topic, explain it to the students, show how it's done, and then wait for the students to ask questions where they didn't understand. That way they will know what to ask and I'll know how to clarify to them. This makes it more fun and exciting where there is back and forth interaction. I would like to help students to improve in their maths, so that they can do better in their exams. Maths is the easiest subject compared to other subjects because it only deals with numbers from 1 to 10, and the signs used are just 4. What I know is that students always get bored when they come across word problems; well that is why I am here and ready to help them with that problem. Infact those are the questions I like handling for they're challenging.
