The format of lessons will be two 30 minute check-ins where we will go through the workout schedule. After the initial check in, the future ones will be used to adjust the workout schedule depending on what is working for you and what isn't. We will also delve into nutritional advice and work on removing bad habits from your day to day life.
To go into more detail the workout can be between 2-5 days per week depending on the individual and include things such as weight training, hiit, cardio and circuit workouts. This will all depend on your goals but also what you enjoy doing most. It is important that you enjoy your training so that you keep consistent with it therefor achieving the goals you have set yourself.
Nutrition will be kept simple so that it doesn't steer you away from your focus on the work schedule and your day to day life. As you start seeing more progress it will be necessary to go more in depth with nutrition, macro-nutrients and calories but this will be slowly introduced to avoid becoming stressful.
The habits we focus on will include that of fitness, health and your day to day activities such as sleep, procrastination and eating habits. Outlining the worst of them and eliminating them first. This isn't to say we're looking to squeeze all of the fun out life but more have a healthier balance of the good and not so good habits.
