I enjoy engaging on a personal level with encouragement and direct mentoring, assessing the needs and wants of the individual student and tailoring a detailed work plan that is achievable and still pushes the boundaries. Engaging in conversation of everyday topics as well as any area subject or interest of the student at hand.
