I have held many coaching and teaching roles previously across a number of disciplines. This has ranged from secondary education through to teaching on undergraduate and masters level courses. I have also held training roles where I would visit companies and deliver sessions to staff and senior leadership and management teams alike. I adopt an affiliative and student-centred approach, employing strategies that encourage learners to discover solutions and answers for themselves. I am innovative in my construct of information to better enable understanding and retention by learners. I particularly enjoy academic writing and can share tips on how to enhance your ability with this.
