The first lesson will be a very generic assessment of what areas the student is good at, and to identify areas of improvement within the GCSE specification (AQA). This is in order to make further lessons as targeted as possible to the needs of the student. Within the further lessons, I will be teaching from interactive powerpoints created by myself, which helped me achieve those grade 9s at GCSE. I will also use a range of teaching methods such as visual representations, tricks to remember material and the tips on the best ways to revise. Every two weeks I will give a half GCSE past paper for them to complete to fully prepare them for the summer examinations. The only way is up!
