Mathematics is a subject which requires discipline. I structure my lessons on a 1 hour basis, aiming to provide a learning experience to begin with, followed by question practice to facilitate understanding. I have always been a very passionate Mathematics student and it was always my favourite lesson at the grammar school I attended. I hope I can pass on this fiery passion to any other students looking to improve their Mathematical ability.
So far in my career, I have received great reviews from people I have mentored and helped in order to gain a better understanding of their subject. With discipline and consistent practice, I firmly believe anyone can become an able Mathematician.
Mathematics is a subject necessary for a range of future high paying and well needed jobs such as financial services, engineering, economics and much more. Whether you simply need to meet a grade requirement for a subject, want to pass your course, or are taking up Maths lessons after a time out, I would definitely be happy to help.
My standard rate is £20 per session and I prefer weekends, but can also do after school, though I can offer some flexibility according to each of my students. These sessions will be tailored to each students needs as these are ultimately personalised sessions. If you are of low income or are part of a disadvantaged group, I would be more than happy to reduce this rate to ensure that access to Mathematics is fair for all!
