I am an experienced strength and conditioning coach with a solid background in both professional and youth sports. My experience includes working as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at West Bromwich Albion FC, where I developed and implemented performance programs for youth athletes. I also have experience in semi-professional boxing, where I worked closely with athletes to enhance their physical conditioning, improve performance, and prepare them for competition. Additionally, I have trained youth sports athletes, focusing on developing their strength, agility, and endurance.
My qualifications include a Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer certification, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Fitness and a Master of Science degree in Strength, Conditioning, and Performance. I also bring significant experience as a Personal Trainer, having worked at David Lloyd Clubs and as a self-employed trainer, where I provided tailored fitness programs to a diverse clientele.
In terms of qualities, I am highly organized, with excellent communication and motivational skills. I have a strong ability to assess individual needs and create effective training programs that drive results. My passion for fitness and commitment to helping others reach their full potential makes me a dedicated and results-oriented coach, capable of working with athletes at all levels.
