Over my 5 years of experience of tutoring as student demonstrator at the University of Aberdeen, I have developed a fluid and tailored approach towards tutoring. I specialise in mathematics, Physics, chemistry and chemical engineering subjects. Every individual requires a tailored approach, as their problems are often specific. I will ask a few questions before meeting for a lesson, to get a good grasp of the issue you have at hand, and plan the lesson accordingly. The lesson can be a one on one talk, or or I can help you tackle course exercises and develop a methodical approach to problem solving. I may bring slides or exercises should this be necessary. I can also help with MATLAB for engineering students and Latex for report writing. To make the most out of our lesson, please give me as much information as you can with the issues you have, even specific question problems, and your lesson will be a rewarding step along your education. If there is not a particular practical or questions problem, but you feel you just quite aren't understanding your course material, I can prepare you a tailored lesson, with thorough back and forth engagement, so we can hone in your understanding, and develop your technical knowledge. Like with practical and question problems, the more information you give me, the better.
