It is imperative for lessons to be engaging and to have a range of activities at hand to keep students busy. I demand the best of students by finding individual strengths and weaknesses. Once done, I can design personalised programmes of learning to ensure students make progress over time. It is imperative that there is a good pace and engagement and above all a good sense of humour to ensure that students are challenged, but that they enjoy their learning.
